§ 01 / Practice
When clients come to me

At the moment when criminal-law risk is already affecting the business

At an early stage, more defense options can still be preserved: your legal position, documents, assets, freedom of action, and negotiating strength.

01

A criminal case has been opened

Against the company, its beneficial owner, or an executive. I join at any stage — from the pre-investigation inquiry to trial.

02

A search has been conducted

Documents and electronics seized, bank accounts frozen. Support during investigative actions, appeals, recovery of seized property.

03

A complaint filed by a partner

A corporate conflict has turned criminal. Defense against charges of fraud, embezzlement, and abuse of authority.

04

Tax authorities referred the case to investigators

Defense under Articles 198–199.2 of the Russian Criminal Code. Restitution strategy, requalification of charges, dismissal on exonerating grounds.

05

Threat of pre-trial detention

Preparation for the detention hearing, appeals, transfer to house arrest or release on travel restrictions.

06

Assets and accounts frozen

Lifting asset freezes, recovering seized property, protecting property rights within the criminal case. Parallel work with commercial court proceedings.

§ 02 / Cases

Cases where the defense changed the trajectory

“
This is not a showcase of victories. Not every case is won, and some end with a partial result. I show a few real stories so you can see the approach — not to promise the same outcome. Details have been changed; the substance and the numbers are real.

§ 03 / Approach

A calm strategy instead of a chaotic reaction

“
In cases involving owners and executives, the defense must account not only for the charge itself, but also for the consequences for the business, its assets, management, and public reputation.

01

Narrow specialization

Criminal defense of businesses, owners, and executives in economic and white-collar cases.

02

Personally handled

Key decisions, interrogations, negotiations, and the defense strategy remain under my personal control.

Risk assessment, procedural position, an action plan, and control over the consequences for the business.

05

Emergency response

On-site presence at searches, interrogations, and other investigative actions — when the first hours determine the trajectory of the case.

06

Experience in complex economic cases

Cases where liberty, assets, company management, and business reputation are all at stake.

§ 04 / About
Attorney Moscow

I defend business in criminal proceedings

For more than 10 years I have practiced criminal defense exclusively. My specialization is economic and white-collar offenses: fraud, embezzlement, tax crimes, abuse of authority, and corruption cases.

At the first meeting I give an honest assessment of the prospects. If I see that a case cannot be won in the form the client is hoping for, I say so directly — I do not take a fee for promises.

I handle cases at every stage — from the pre-investigation inquiry to the Supreme Court. I take on both the pre-trial stage and cases where a verdict has already been delivered and an appeal or cassation is needed.

§ 05 / Principles

How I work

In a criminal case, what matters is not only what the attorney does, but also on what terms. Here is what we agree on from the very start.

I · Assessment

Honest about the prospects

I do not promise a guaranteed outcome — no one can guarantee it. At the first meeting I give a sober assessment of the risks and scenarios, including the uncomfortable ones.

II · Fees

A fixed or staged fee

The cost is agreed before the work begins and fixed in the engagement agreement. No "additional expenses" appearing along the way.

III · Plan

A written strategy

After studying the case materials, you receive a clear plan: legal position, risks, stages, and timelines — in a document, not just in words.

IV · Privilege

Attorney-client privilege by law

Everything you tell me is protected by the law on advocacy: it is never disclosed and cannot be demanded from me as evidence.

05
§ 06 / Getting started
First meeting

Three steps before we meet

Step I

Reach out any way you like

A phone call, Telegram, or WhatsApp. At the first stage, a short description of the situation is enough — even if the details are not yet clear.

Step II

A confidential meeting

In person in Moscow or online. Everything discussed is protected by attorney-client privilege from the first contact. The meeting takes 60–90 minutes.

Step III

Strategy and agreement

After the meeting, you receive a written outline of the strategy and timelines. The agreement is signed once you have made your decision — without pressure.

06
§ 07 / Contact
Get in touch

If the situation calls for an attorney — write to me.

The initial consultation is confidential. I answer calls and messages personally.
